Steps:

  • Get into a pushup position. Instead of placing hands on the floor, grasp an Olympic barbell with 5-10 lbs. of weight on each side.
  • Lift your hips and roll the barbell towards your feet. Your back should be slightly arched. Exhale while doing so.
  • After you reach the top, roll the barbell back to the starting position. Move slowly and exhale while doing so.
  • Repeat for the desired number of reps.
