Leg at Ninety Crunches


• Lie on your back with your hands behind your head in such a way that your thumbs touches your ears and your knees bent.

• Bring your legs up until they form a 90 degree angle from your torso.

• Bring up your upper part towards your knees so that your chest comes close to your knees, squeeze and slowly lower to starting position.

• Repeat.
