  • Lie down with your right side on an exercise mat. Place your feet together on top of each other. Next, prop yourself up on your right elbow and forearm.
  • Begin the exercise by raising your hips so that your body forms a straight line from your ankles to your shoulders. Place your left hand straight upward or on your right hip.
  • Hold this position for the desired amount of time. Lower down and repeat on the left side.
