Machine T-Bar Rows: We all want perfect Back Muscle. Well, most of us do. They look great in a fitted without a t-shirt, look even better out of them, and help compliment a well-defined torso. Yes, some people will say exercising your Back Muscle in isolation is stupid. We understand, but some days we just long for the pump. And you know what? There’s no shame in that.

Steps:

  • Stand on the platform provided on each side of the T-bar. Keep your knees slightly bent and your back straight. Bend over at about a 45-degree angle or rest against the incline bench if one is provided.
  • Inhale and pull the T-bar up until the plates contact your chest.
  • Exhale as you complete the movement.
